Colonial Chocolate
I was just informed by a professor here at the College that there will be a demonstration of chocolate making at the 'burg's Farmer's Market tomorrow. Not just chocolate making (which will hopefully be a project I will undertake sometime in the near future), but how it was done in colonial times.The only question is whether or not we can get ourselves in gear and moving so we can see it at 10am tomorrow.
